hope you enjoy the pictures and, while at our site, get a feel
for the wonderful atmosphere around here. We are located in
the beautiful Missouri Ozarks, where we pride ourselves in having
small town values and old fashioned hospitality!
We began raising AKC registered Great Danes out of a deep admiration
and love of this noble breed. We know you will be impressed
by their extreme loyalty and devotion to their families. They
will hardly leave your side while out walking with you, when
they could be running off on their own adventures. They prefer
to stay at their master's side, content to walk at your pace.
We found the saying "once you own a Dane, you'll always
own a Dane" to be a very accurate description of the impression
they leave on their owners.
We raise a few litters of pet and show quality, very well socialized
Dane puppies each year. We have Blues, Blacks, Harlequins, Mantles,
Fawns, and Brindles. All of our puppies are guaranteed against
congenital defects for 2 years and our adult dogs are OFA Certified.
We believe in taking optimum care of our animals and keep them
on a regular worming and vaccination schedule. Our puppies are
wormed for intestinal parasites at 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8 weeks of
age, plus we use heartworm, giardia and coccidia prevention.
Dew claws are removed when the puppies are 2 days old.
Great View Danes only breeds according
to the Great Dane Club of America's color code of ethics to
produce dogs of color pure bloodlines. To view the color code

We are also involved in Great Dane rescue and have helped several
older dogs find great, loving homes. Sometimes people have to
relocate or circumstances in their lives change and they are
forced to give up their beloved companion. We provide foster
care until a suitable home can be found for their Dane.
The most rewarding part of raising Great Danes is to see the
happiness each puppy brings to its new family. Having these
families keep in touch over the years, and being able to follow
the lives of these little puppies that we helped bring into
the world, is what makes it all worthwhile. Many of our best
friends started out as customers looking for that perfect family
dog! We are very lucky to be able to experience the joy this
brings!
